As world deals with crisis due to COVID-19 BTS shares uplifting message

Famous South Korea boygroup BTS delivered an encouraging message to the public on Monday as the world continues to face the struggle due to coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The group uploaded a video message on their YouTube account which responds to request by cadets from the Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy. According to Jin, one of the members of the 7-member boygroup, "We realized more than ever how meaningful our everyday life was." He also added that "standing on a stage facing empty seats, we realize how precious each moment with you was", which refers to the group's recent appearances in South Korean music shows where they performed live without any audience. The rapper of the group Suga said that "the hardest thing" was the people were "feeling more and more isolated." Jimin added that, "But we are connected closely, and we share both pain and joy. If we have the courage and will to overcome anything, I'm sure we'll succeed with the power of our connection." The group's youngest, Jungkook said that, "As citizens of Korea and the world, BTS will face this challenge together with all of you." V hoped that, "we'll again be able to see those we love, share a meal and talk together." The group leader, RM said, "Let's all wait for things to return to normal and do our best where we are."
