As of Thursday, March 26, the Bulacan Provincial Health Office recorded 10 confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Bulacan, including one new death which brings the total tally of deaths to 3. The new recorded death from the virus is from City of San Jose del Monte Bulacan. The patient took a test in Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) on March 14. The patient died on March 15. The test results from RITM confirmed that the patient is positive for COVID-19 on March 26.
