The proceeds will go directly to the purchase of school supplies that will be distributed among grade 1 students who are residing in the said community.

Patricia Gamutan, a 2nd year BSOM student and the head organizer of the program, said that although the BSOM is rarely active during school programs, they will focus more on helping the needy as “community extension services” are also one of the goals and objectives of FCPC.

“Tahimik lang ‘yung course namin, [but] we will be more active when it comes to community extension. Much more in helping kids both outside and inside the adopted community,” Gamutan said.

The BSOM encourages everyone especially First Citizens to participate in the said fundraising event. The prices of the items range from 35 to 150 pesos only. They also provided meet up locations for those who are interested.

BSOM started the 'Preloved For A Cause' since January 21, Tuesday, and is currently ongoing.
