Caloocan 1st District Rep. Along Malapitan confirmed on March 11, Wednesday that there is one patient who tested positive in COVID-19 admitted at a government hospital in Tala.
"Matapos ang berepikasyon sa ating health officers, mayroong isang kumpirmadong kaso ng COVID-19 na na-admit sa Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital." This is what Malapitan revealed in his Facebook page.
Malapitan clarified that the patient is from San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan and is not a resident of Caloocan.
He also added that there are three persons under investigation who are admitted at the same hospital after showing symptoms. Malapitan said that two of them are from Green Hills, San Juan.
Malapitan ensure the public that they are coordinating with Department of Health (DOH) and they are doing actions to prevent the spreading of the virus.
