Moreover, Tañada assured that aside from the materials to be used in the workshop, the training and the registration are free.

Tañada is the founder of PSF along with his partners Hans Christian Lim and Jeffrey Ambrosio. Aside from being a director, he is also a producer, writer, lead actor, and marketing man at the group.

He is also a four-time Aliw awardee, three-time Broadway World Awardee, and an Outstanding Manilan Awardee.

Through the years, Tañada and his colleagues have been able to train and develop a core of young talented actors and actresses and treated them as employees with monthly salaries.

One of them was Kerwin Larena, a Stager whom the attorney-director granted with a scholarship at San Beda as the former apprentice was also interested in law. Later, however, the young actor moved to mainstream entertainment and appeared in several television shows as well as movies. The most prominent ones were Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK), Dead Kids, and Bakwit Boys.

Kerwin Larena's showbiz name is 'Vance Larena', an apparent tribute for his mentor.
