PrimeWater to give 30-day payment extension

PrimeWater San Jose del Monte said that they will be giving their customers a 30-day payment extension from the due date amid the COVID-19 situation. The water utility company stated it in their official Facebook page on Tuesday morning, March 17.

PrimeWater first released a statement on Sunday regarding the payment collection, encouraging the public to utilize alternative modes of payment.

The announcement caused negative feedbacks as their customers demanded for a payment extension similar to what Meralco imposed on Monday, March 16, providing a 30-day extension from the due date.
