As of Friday, March 27, the San Jose del Monte, Bulacan Provincial Health Office recorded 4 confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in SJDM, including the total tally of patients under investigation (PUIs). Positive case #3's result came out yesterday from Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) while Positive Case #4's result came out today. Meanwhile, the total number of patients under investigation (PUIs) in the City rose to 63. For the patients under monitoring (PUMs) the city recorded 207 tally. The location of the four confirmed cases are: Positive Case #1: Brgy. Graceville Positive Case #2: Brgy. Muzon Positive Case #3: Brgy. Tungkong Mangga Positive Case #4: Brgy. Maharlika There are two recorded deaths due to COVID-19. Patients from Brgy. Maharlika and Brgy. Tungkong Mangga.
