According to some netizens, ashfall from the Taal Volcano Main Crater already reached various areas in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

The volcano spewed massive ash since Sunday afternoon. The continuous eruption urged the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHILVOLCS) to raise the alert level status from time to time.

The current alert level is now 4 out of 5. This increase means a "hazardous" eruption is possible "within hours to days”.

A resident of Pleasant Hills in San Jose del Monte, Michelle Joy Allado, uploaded a picture of ashes exuded by the volcano. In an interview, Allado describe the effect of the ashfall.

"Masakit siya sa mata, actually,” Allado said.

The effects of the Taal ashfall are also felt by some residents in Sapang Palay, Minuyan Proper, and Muzon. The city’s public information office advised San Joseños to stay at home, be updated, and avoid contact with ash.
